We carefully pack every order but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, please report it to us by emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receipt.
We are happy to ship products internationally, please know that international shipping charges, duties and taxes may apply. Please email us (email@example.com) directly to arrange for international shipping.
We hope that you will love our products and appreciate the care we have put into our formulas. We understand that sometimes things do not work out and we want you to be satisfied. We are happy to return products within 14 days of purchase. We can only refund or exchange products purchased from this website - if you purchased Costa Brazil from another outlet, please return to the store or website where purchased.
Special orders and sale items are excluded. Only a return can be processed, and then a new order may be issued for the item desired. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be reimbursed.
We cannot accept returns on used products.
