A woman of many worlds within one remarkable life, Morena believes that “home is a place to nourish and harvest.” The executive chef of the celebrated Capim Santo restaurants in Sao Paolo, Leite also developed the Capim Santo Institute, a culinary training center for public school students, providing these children with the same discovery and love of taste that she, herself, was granted.
