Shipping & Returns

US SHIPPING

All orders ship from New Jersey. Expedited service available at check-out. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery within the United States is free with a minimum order of $150.00, orders less than this will incur a nominal shipping charge. 


Orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday 10am EST and shipped via USPS ground unless otherwise noted. Orders received over the weekend are processed the following Monday. 



For shipping, please allow 3 to 10 business days based on service selected at check-out. East Coast ground orders are typically received within 3-5 business days and West Coast ground orders may take 7-10 business days.  Expedited service is available at check-out at an additional charge.


We carefully pack every order but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, please report it to us by emailing customercare@livecostabrazil.com within 7 days of receipt.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you will love our products and appreciate the care we have put into our formulas. We understand that sometimes things do not work out and we want you to be satisfied.


Items can only be returned to their original point of purchase - if you purchased Costa Brazil from another outlet, please return to the store or website where purchased. Regrettably we are unable to accept online returns from products purchased in one of Costa Brazil’s retail locations, department store, or elsewhere.


For items purchased on www.livecostabrazil.com, we are happy to accept return products within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition. Special orders and sale items are excluded.

INITIATE A RETURN

o initiate a return, please submit an email with your complete order info to customercare@livecostabrazil.com. Please note shipping costs and return freight cannot be refunded. 



When returning an item, package goods securely and keep a record of your return method. Send tracking information to customercare@livecostabrazil.com and please include a copy of your original order with your return.


If you would prefer that Costa Brazil provides you with a shipping label, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
