How does Subscription work?

While shopping, you may encounter products that offer you the option to purchase one-time or as a subscription. By choosing the 'Subscribe & Save' option, you can lock in savings of 15% on that item for the duration of your subscription. Choose your delivery frequency and once you purchase the subscription, manage it from your Subscription Management portal found in your Costa Brazil User Account. From there, you can easily skip a delivery, pause, change the delivery frequency, or cancel up to 72 hours before each ship date.

Can I change the frequency of my orders?

Yes! In order to change the frequency of your subscription order(s), you will first need to log into your account on livecostabrazil.com. Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, navigate to the subscription that you would like to change the frequency of and hit 'Manage Subscription'. From there, you can edit your next shipment date, order the item now, or change the delivery schedule for your order.

How can I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel a subscription order(s), you will first need to log into your account on livecostabrazil.com. Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, navigate to the subscription that you would like to cancel and hit 'Manage Subscription'. From there, hit 'Cancel Subscription'

Can I swap my current subscription item for another subscription item?

Yes! You can swap between products without unsubscribing. In order to swap your current subscription item for another subscription item, you will first need to log into your account on livecostabrazil.com. Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, navigate to the subscription that you would like to swap and hit 'Manage Subscription'. From there, click on your existing product and hit 'Swap Product'. Select your new subscription item and confirm your order details before completing the swap.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! In order to skip a subscription order(s), you will first need to log into your account on livecostabrazil.com. Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, navigate to the subscription that you would like to skip a shipment of and hit 'Manage Subscription'. From there, hit 'Skip Shipment'

How can I change the shipping or billing address?

In order to change the shipping or billing address of your subscription order(s), you will first need to log into your account on livecostabrazil.com. Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, navigate to the subscription that you would like to change the shipping or billing address of and hit 'Manage Subscription'. From there, you can hit, 'Shipping & Billing' and edit the shipping or billing address associated with that subscription order.

How to change my subscription payment method?

In order to change the payment method of your subscription order(s), you will first need to log into your account on livecostabrazil.com. Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, navigate to the subscription that you would like to change the payment method of and hit 'Manage Subscription'. From there, you can hit, 'Shipping & Billing' and edit payment method associated with that subscription order.
