EVENT RULES: COSTA BRAZIL SMS GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. Capitalized terms used and not defined below have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Sweepstakes Rules, available here.

  1.         Winner(s):

One (1) prize winner to be drawn every three (3) months.

  1.         Sponsor:

Amyris Clean Beauty, Inc. (referred to herein as “Costa Brazil” or “Sponsor”)

  1.           Deadline to Enter:

This Event begins June___, 2022 at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, and ends June ___, 2023 at 13:00 p.m., Eastern Standard (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor is the official timekeeper.

  1.         Entry Limit:

The maximum number of entries for any one person into this Event (the “Entry Limit”) is one (1), regardless of the method of entry.

  1.         Potential Winner Notification:

A random drawing will be conducted on or after close of Entry Period.  Winner will be drawn from among all valid entries received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. Potential Winner will be notified, on or after the close of Entry Period and must timely respond in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  1.         Prize Provider(s):

Sponsor (“Prize Provider”).

  1.         Prize Details:

(a) The Prize. Winner will receive $500.00 USD cash subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

(ii)  Anticipated Prize Fulfillment Date: Every three (3) months starting from the first day of the Entry Period.

(iii) Prize Fulfillment Location: U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii)

(iv) Any Taxes or Fees Covered: The Prize will include an additional cash payment of 25% of the ARV for Winner to use to pay required US income taxes.

(v) In order to accept the Grand Prize, Winner and Guest(s) must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by Sponsor and/or the Prize Provider. 

  1.         Eligibility and Restrictions:

Age to enter: You must be at least 18 years old to enter. . 

Prohibited Persons.  In addition to those prohibited persons identified in Section 1(A) of the Official Sweepstakes Rules, any employees, officers, and/or directors of the Designated Grantee(s) of this Event are not eligible to enter or win this Event.

Entry is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. See the Official Sweepstakes Rules for more details. In certain jurisdictions, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation.
