For the Face, start at the neck, gliding the tool in long, upward and downward strokes to release tension and activate lymphatic drainage.
Move to the face, sweeping from the center outward and upward, following the contours of the cheekbones, jawline, and forehead. Use light to medium pressure and repeat each movement several times.

For the body, use broader strokes with firmer pressure.

Legs: Sweep upwards from the ankles to the thighs, focusing on areas of fluid retention — especially around the inner ankle where puffiness tends to collect.
Scapula (shoulder blades): Glide the tool in circular motions around the upper back and shoulders to relieve tension and support circulation.
