Massage shampoo into wet hair and scalp, then rinse thoroughly. Apply a quarter-size amount of conditioner from mid-shaft to tips, leave on for 1-2 minutes, rinse thoroughly 

While skin is still wet, apply body wash across the body and massage into a gentle foam. If soaking in a tub, consider adding it to warm running water. 

For best results, follow with Jungle Firming Body Oil or Body Cream.

Tips for recycling: Thoroughly wash out any remaining body wash to prepare the bottle for recycling. Place the clean bottle in your recycling bin. Unfortunately, the pump cannot be recycled. Please dispose of it in your regular waste bin.
